Our client is a medium sized, highly regarded firm who offer expertise in a number of areas. Their single office is situated conveniently with excellent transport links nearby. They are an expanding and forward thinking firm of specialist and highly experience lawyers, and they are now looking to add to the team. Our Client now wishes to appoint an additional Property Litigation Solicitor with 3 - 5 years PQE. The role will offer you a varied and challenging caseload of Property Litigation files, which, with the appropriate support, you will be expected to manage and prioritise. You must have substantial experience of commercial lease renewals and franchisement, and be able to demonstrate a record of achievement in dealing with such matters. You must have an enthusiastic, highly motivated approach to your work, and have exceptional client care skills.
