Personal Injury Solicitor / FILEX
Expanding Insurance team of this well regarded, leading law firm is looking for an experienced Solicitor/FILEX (min 3 years PQE) to take on a caseload of Defendant PI work to include some Occupational Disease work. You should be confident drafting all pleadings and complex special damages counter-schedules. Relevant experience of ADR and negotiation is desirable. The role will be located in the firm's Essex office, which is situated in a prime location. Maintaining superior service quality, you will be required to develop new business, as well as maintaining long-established relationships with senior clients. You should have excellent academics.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and a team player with excellent communication and IT skills. Experience in Occupational Disease work is essential. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, including a bonus scheme and a really fantastic flexible benefits package. This role could be available on a temporary basis.
